About the training:

How do we as Feldenkrais practitioners support the complexity of the whole person? How can we look at people’s movement patterns, and also take in the emotional state of a person? In this advanced training, we will explore the underlying basic biological principles that support these complexities, including understanding your own self organization and distribution of effort.

For those who attended the advanced training in 2023, this will be a continuation of our learning. Concepts will include understanding the value of our support from the ground up, organizing the central axis, and supporting a person’s head. For those who did not attend in 2023, this material can stand on its own. Jeff is known for his ability to hold the space for everyone in the room. With his depth of knowledge, he has so much to offer everyone, no matter your current stage of learning and practicing. Jeff is also offering a deep discount on a recorded training that covers the concepts taught last year for those who may be interested. Please contact Sarah to receive information about this offer.
