Thanks, Jeff. It may be coincidence, but I'm feeling the best that I've ever felt... maybe there is something to your global breathing! ;-). I do the global breathing after most games before bed and then the nights before games. It has totally changed my resting posture on the bench during games leading to quicker recovery (next time you watch a game notice how the typical resting position of a hockey player is slouched/leaning forward between shifts. I sit straight up now and it's a big, big difference!). Really beneficial!
