I have a Wing Chun class myself in the school of my teacher and already started to use a bit of the "getting up to stand" class. The results in making my pupils aware of their feet and pelvis (movements) is just amazing; their stance improved right away, pressure can be sunk into the heels way better. One of my pupils is slightly "challenged" mentally and physically--he liked it very much... and actually progressed the most--relatively and absolutely! Amazing!
