Inside Moves Performance Training was developed by athlete and black-belt aikidoist, Dr. Jeff Haller. Jeff was personally trained by Israeli scientist and Judo master, Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. The Feldenkrais Method offers novel, unique, and profound ways to examine and improve our habitual and often limited ways of moving.
